Mehmet is an animal trader who bought a herd of cows on the other side of the Turkey-Syrian border with the last money he had. While he is waiting for the cows, the border gate is closed due to the increased tension in Syria. Unable to reach the driver who is supposed to bring the cows, Mehmet waits for days at the resting facilities at the border gate. Mehmet gradually loses his balance with the dreams he sees and the strange sounds he hears.
